Anti-Deportation Subscription Terms
Effective as of September 1, 2026
The Anti-Deportation subscription helps you prepare for a possible ICE arrest in advance. It assembles draft court documents from your answers: a habeas corpus petition, a TRO emergency stay request, and a bond motion. It also prepares step-by-step instructions for your loved ones to follow if an arrest happens.
These Terms govern that service. It is offered by UAwelcome Inc., a Florida nonprofit corporation at 5965 Stirling Rd #1055, Davie, Florida 33314. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
Subscription and Billing
The subscription costs $500 per month. Billing starts the day you subscribe and repeats monthly until you cancel. The fee covers document assembly, secure storage of your documents and data, template updates, and access to the platform.
What You Receive
Editable DOCX drafts, built from your answers: a habeas corpus petition, a TRO emergency stay request, and a bond motion. You also receive step-by-step instructions for you and for the people who will act for you.
These are drafts, and the first responsibility is yours: check that every fact in them is accurate, download the package, and share it with your loved ones together with the instructions.
In a crisis, your loved ones act on our step-by-step instructions: they add the detention details, choose the right court, name the right respondents, sign, file, serve the other side, pay the court fees, and meet the deadlines, on their own or with an attorney.
A simple safety rule: a document that still shows a {{FIELD}} placeholder is not finished and not ready to file.
Support
The subscription includes software and technical support. If something on the platform does not work, please write to info@uawelcome.org. It does not include administrative, on-call, or emergency assistance.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time in your workbench, no reason needed. You keep full access until the end of the month you already paid for. After that, there are no more charges, and documents can no longer be viewed, created, or downloaded in the service.
There is no partial refund for the rest of that month. The one exception is described under Refunds. You can undo a cancellation any time before it takes effect.
Before you cancel, download your drafts and instructions.
Refunds
Your first payment is refundable within 24 hours, no questions asked. Later payments, including renewals, are not refundable. There are two exceptions: a refund required by law, or a charge that was our billing mistake.
Our Role
UAwelcome is a technology provider, not a law firm. We do not give legal advice, do not represent you or act on your behalf, and do not design legal strategy for your case. We also do not undertake to review your documents or monitor your case. Using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship with UAwelcome or its consultants. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed attorney.
No Guarantee of Outcome
Only judges and immigration authorities decide immigration cases. We cannot and do not promise any outcome. That includes stopping a deportation or getting bond granted.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE AND EVERYTHING PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, UAWELCOME’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Disputes
If we cannot resolve a dispute together, binding individual arbitration will decide it, under the Federal Arbitration Act. One neutral arbitrator hears the case, administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar service the parties choose. Class and representative actions are not permitted. The arbitrator’s decision is final and can be entered in any court with jurisdiction. Florida law governs these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you subscribe applies to the period you already paid for. If we make a material change, we will email you at the address on your subscription before the change applies to a renewal.
